LESSON RATES
Each one-hour private lesson is $50 per person. You can save 10% if you pre-pay for a 6-week session. A mileage fee may apply if Anne comes to your barn, and it is located more than 35 miles from our Calhan, CO location. However, you may be eligible for a fee waiver, so feel free to call (719-347-3090) or email Anne to find out.
RETREAT RATES
Each three-hour retreat costs $50 per person. That’s less than $18 an hour for an experience that will deepen and revitalize your relationship with horses forever! Your barn or horse organization must guarantee a minimum enrollment to schedule a retreat so the group activities are as fun and exciting as they’re designed to be. We will ask your group or your group’s individual members to pay 50% of your total estimated enrollment at the time you book your retreat as a deposit, and to pay the balance of the retreat fees no later than one week before the scheduled retreat date. To find out more about enrollment minimums and payment arrangements for your group members, and to make sure your desired retreat date is available, email Anne or call 719-347-3090. If your facility or meeting place is more than 35 miles from our Calhan, Colorado ranch, a one-time travel fee may also apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When you book your retreat, you will be asked to provide a “rain date” we can all use in the event that severe weather or other regional crises force cancellation of the retreat on its scheduled date. Then if a major snowstorm shuts highways, for example, your group’s retreat will be canceled and rescheduled for its pre-selected “rain date” instead. It’s important for your retreat’s coordinator to be in telephone (719-347-3090) or email contact with Anne on the scheduled retreat date to make sure conditions are suitable for retreat participants to travel safely to and from the designated meeting place. Remember that if your retreat location is more than a few miles from our Calhan, Colorado location, we may be unaware of the severity or mildness of the weather in your area; it will be up to you to keep us apprised of the situation and to work with us in deciding whether or not the retreat needs to be rescheduled to its “rain date.”
If an individual group member must cancel her participation in your group’s retreat, two issues must be addressed. The first is minimum enrollment: if a group member’s announced cancellation drops your group’s retreat enrollment below the required minimum, call (719-347-3090) or email Anne immediately so we can decide how to proceed. We will do everything we can to meet your group’s needs despite the loss of a critical participant, but we’ll need to discuss the options with you. The second issue is that of a registration fee refund to the cancelling group member. Obviously, family and medical emergencies present situations when a full refund of the individual’s enrollment fee is warranted. But it’s important for the group’s retreat coordinator to call (719-347-3090) or email Anne as soon as you learn of a participant’s planned withdrawal so we can review the situation.
In the highly unlikely event that an emergency or other crisis prevents Tapestry from meeting a scheduled retreat group, the group coordinator will be notified immediately and the retreat will be rescheduled for its pre-arranged “rain date.”
